I’m Sabine, a french illustrator, founder of Happy Lazuly. My little and colourful place where everything is made by hand and with love. My main inspirations are Nature and Ocean which I am surrounded with. I am lucky to live in Gerringong on the South Coast of NSW !
How I create ?
I use cotton paper and the best quality pigments for my watercolors. But that’s not over yet, illustrations need to be scanned and processed with extra care.
Then I am printing from home, on demand, with a professional Epson printer on a gorgeous high quality paper that mimics perfectly watercolor paper. The best of the best or “la crème de la crème” as we say in french.
Feel free to get in touch with me via email if you’d like to work with me, or if you have any questions, suggestions or ideas.

If you’d like to know a bit more about me, here’s my story:
Born and raised in Paris, France, I have been living in Australia for the past 7 years. I started my career as a researcher in Biology but deep down, I always wanted to have an artistic career.
I have an eye for colours and I get inspired by the beautiful Nature that we have here in Australia. We can say that I am a true Animal and Ocean lover and I have been diving for the past 10 years.
Today, I am finally able to combine my passions by making beautiful visuals and express my creativity whether it is with photography or watercolor illustration and design.
I am happy and thrilled to welcome you in my little world !
If you love my work please head to my shop <3 and remember when you buy from a small business an actual person (Hopefully happy Lazuly) does a happy dance.
Colourfully
Sabine
