I do not issue refunds unless required by law. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchasing only for non personalised items. Goods must be unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Due to the handmade nature of my products, slight imperfections are not considered defects and are not reason for return. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If returning an item to me, I strongly recommend having a tracking number and signature on delivery as I am not responsible for items lost in transit being returned to me.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
